1. Set an Intention for Your Day
Example: "Today, I will approach each task with a mindset of growth and self-compassion."

2. Reflect on the Day's Accomplishments

  • List any achievements from today, big or small (e.g., applying for a job, reaching out to a connection, updating your resume).

  • Note how each accomplishment made you feel.

Prompt:
“What went well today, and how did I contribute to that?”

3. Self-Compassion Reflection
When you feel self-doubt or overthinking creeping in, use this section to reframe your thoughts with kindness.

  • Describe any challenging moments or negative thoughts you had today.

  • Reframe the challenge with compassion. Example: “I didn’t hear back from this job yet, but this is just one opportunity, and I’m proud of how I showed up.”

Prompt:
“If a friend were in my position, what would I say to them?”

4. Growth and Learning Insights

  • Jot down any lessons or insights you gained from the day’s experiences.

  • Consider how you can apply these insights moving forward.

Prompt:
“What did I learn today that I can take into tomorrow?”

5. Celebrate Small Wins

  • Write down at least one win today—no matter how small.

  • Recognize your efforts with a positive affirmation. Example: “I showed up for myself today, and that’s a victory.”

Prompt:
“What am I proud of myself for today?”

6. Tomorrow’s Focus with Compassion
Write one thing you’d like to focus on tomorrow with self-compassion. It could be as simple as staying consistent or being open to new opportunities.

Prompt:
“How can I support myself tomorrow in a kind, constructive way?”

Weekly Review
At the end of each week, look back through your entries and reflect on the progress, patterns, and growth. Consider any adjustments for the following week and take pride in how far you've come, one compassionate step at a time.
